Thanks for shopping at Hello Easy Shopper Online. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. For returns you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (i.e. Online Purchase Order).
Once 30 day warranty lapses, we offer out-of-warranty service which means you can send this back to us for inspection and repair. There will be a fee charged for inspection and we will advise you of any parts required and the cost of the parts.
